Interested bidders are invited to write to iomkievtenders@iom.int from 01.06.2023 to 08.06.2023 to request the full package of Bidding Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2023-801,802- [company name] - Request of Bidding Documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested bidders.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address as above on or before 23:59 (EEST), 08.06.2023 specifying in the email subject line: UA1-2023-801,802 - Bidder’s name - Electronic bid.
Quotation can be submitted for all lots of the request or the chosen lots only. Bidders are requested to offer for each lot the quantity of the goods that can be supplied within the expected delivery time, but at least 20% of total required quantity.
IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late bids.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
