Tender for procurement of furniture

International Organization for Migration, Mission in Ukraine, (IOM) on 26 April 2013 announces a public tender for procurement of furniture for dormitory of the Canine Training Center of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The activity is a part of the project titled ?Innovative career development (INCA)?, financed by U.S. Department of State and implemented by IOM.
Tender participants should propose commercial offers equal to the ToRs (download in MC Word format).
The bid must be valid for no less than 30 calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
All prices in the bid must include costs of delivery and installment of the furniture at the following address: Velyki Mosty, Lviv Region, Canine Training Centre of the State Border Guard Service (SBGS) of Ukraine. Equipment prices in the bids should be stated in Ukrainian Hryvnias.
It needs to be noted that equipment prices are stated in the bid without VAT.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model purchase order (download in PDF format).
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit their bids by 18:00 on 18 April 2013. The bid should include copies of companies? statutory documents, EDRPOU certificate (on including the company to the unified Ukrainian state register of enterprises and organizations), VAT payer certificate and list or references from the most prominent clients.
It is recommended to submit originals of the bids in the sealed envelops to: Valeria Brahileva, 8, Mykhailivska Str., Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.
