Interested bidders are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 13.07.2023 to 21.07.2023 to request the full package of Bidding Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2023-6873 - [company name] - Request of Bidding Documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested bidders.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address as above on or before 18:00 (EEST), 26.07.2023 specifying in the email subject line: UA1-2023-6873 - Bidder’s name - Electronic bid.
IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late bids.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
