INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM invites interested Suppliers to submit their Quotations for supply and delivery of an electric multi-turn actuators at sewage pumping station in Kharkiv (UA1-2023-6829):

Interested Suppliers are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 01.06.2023 to 08.06.2023 to request the full package of Request for Quotations Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:

UA1-2022-6829 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents

IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested contractors.

Quotations shall be denominated in USD. This RFQ is open both for non-VAT payers and VAT payers. Quotations shall be valid for a period of 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address as above on or before 17:00 (EEST), 09.06.2023 specifying in the email subject line: UA1-2023-6829 – Company’s name - Electronic quotation.

IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late quotations.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
