INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM invites interested vendors to submit Proposals for provision of services for planning and implementation of awareness-raising campaign in Ukraine on prevention of Sexual Violence (including Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) against adolescent (UA1-2023-2671):

  • development of media placement strategy for the campaign in Ukraine, taking into consideration the information about target groups, mapping communication preferences, provided by IOM;
  • adaptation and production of all information materials necessary for the implementation of the concept (including placement on the Internet);
  • support of the campaign (placement of advertising materials according to the channels, agreed with IOM and specified in the media plan).

Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int to request the full package of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:

IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.

This Request for Proposal is open to Service Providers that are not subject to VAT in Ukraine.

Quotation shall be emailed to iomkyivtenders@iom.int on 11.00 (EEST), 07.06.2023.

Late Quotation shall be rejected.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
