INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of IOM project “New Face of the Border - Phase 3”, IOM invites interested vendors to submit Quotations for supply of the equipment and services for creation of the Mobile Data Center (MDC) for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in response to RFQ #UA1-2022-1310:

Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 01.09.2022 to 19.09.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2022-1310 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.
Quotation shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address above on or before 17.00 EEST, 19.09.2022.
Late Quotation shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
