Interested vendors are invited to write to ageorgadas@iom.int from 25 April 2024 to 16 May 2024 to request the full package of Request for Quotations (RFQ) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
4200642032 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors. Quotation shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address above on 16/5/2024 18:00 CEST. Late Quotation shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
