International Organization for Migration, Mission in Ukraine, (IOM-Ukraine) on 26^th of October 2016 announces a public tender for External Financial Audit Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) for the “Long-Term Integration of Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine” project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway (MFA-Norway).

The bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of IOM-Ukraine.

Rules, requirements for bidding documentation, instructions for the participants, terms of reference and standard form of the Service Agreement can be downloaded here.

The total bid price shall be quoted US Dollars (USD). Payment shall be made in the invoice currency according to IOM exchange rate on the date of payment.  The rates can be downloaded here https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php.  

All bids shall be submitted compliant to the terms and conditions of this bidding exercise.  IOM-Ukraine reserves the right to reject bids that are not compliant to the bidding terms and conditions.

Auditing firms who want to participate in this tender should submit their bids by 18:00 on 15^th of November 2016. The bid should include copies of auditing firms’ statutory documents, registration certificate, copies of the original documents to authorize providing of such type of services, list or references from the most prominent clients and other according to the requirements stated in the bidding documents.   

In case the bidder plans to engage a sub-contractor in order to complete the terms of reference of the Services, the bidder is required to submit all the technical and financial documents of the proposed sub-contractor.
