International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Ukraine on 22nd April 2015 announces a public tender for procurement of vehicles for IOM.
Tender participants should propose vehicle/s with specifications in accordance with Bidding Documents requirements (upload here).
Please note that Tender consists of 4 separate lots (details can be found in the above attached Bidding Document for Vehicles). Please note that the vehicles should be manufactured for use in Europe/Ukraine and to be compliant with hard winter weather conditions and bad road conditions. The bid must be valid for no less than 30 calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
Vehicle delivery period should be no more than 65 calendar days from the date of contract commencement for Lot #4 and 30 calendar days for Lots #1, 2, 3.
Vehicle price in the bids should be stated in US dollars. The language of the bid should be Ukrainian or English.
It needs to be noted that prices are stated in the bid without VAT and customs clearance charges.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model supply agreement (model can be found in the above attached Bidding Document for Vehicles).
In case of partial advanced payment, final payment shall be processed only after IOM’s acceptance of the vehicle. Advanced payment terms are strongly discouraged. Where an advance cannot be avoided and exceeds USD 5,000, it should be secured by a Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank.
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit their bids by 18:00 on 08 May 2015 on e-mail iomkievprocurement@iom.int. The subject line should contain the information with reference number UA1-2015-125, name of the bidder and the information if the hard copy of the proposal is available. In case of advance payment the bidder should also provide the proposal in hard copy to the following address: IOM Mission in Ukraine, 8 Mykhaylivska Str., 01001, Kyiv, Ukraine with the reference number UA1-2015-125 and the confirmation that sealed proposal is not sent later than 08 May 2015.
The bid should include copies of company’s profile, statutory documents, tax payer certificate, bid security equivalent, certificates from the principals, copies of the certificates for the vehicles, information on staff and list or references from the most prominent clients, list of offices/distribution centers/service centers, availability of official guarantee maintenance on the territory of Ukraine (Kiev, Kharkiv and Kramatorsk cities) confirmed by Contract with local vehicle service stations. The Bidder should provide full scope of documents confirming capacities of the vehicle service stations (detailed list of Bidding Documents can be found in the above attached Bidding Document for Vehicles).
