The sealed bids are to be placed in the tender box in the reception area of IOM at 8 Mykhailivska str. before the closing deadline of Wednesday, 15 January 2020 at 5PM. The sealed envelope is to be addressed to: IOM Ukraine, 8 Mykhailivska str., Kyiv. Offers submitted after the closing deadline will not be considered. Complete set of Auction Documents including vehicle catalogue, free of charge, can be requested by sending an email to iomkievtenders@iom.int with the Auction reference number AUC/2020/001 indicated in the subject line.

Terms of Participation in the sealed bid auction: Vehicles *Not Customs Cleared* - lots 1-2 are available for bidding to the general public. The vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder. The vehicles will be sold on an ‘as is where is’ basis only. All interested parties must submit their offer, using the bid form provided in the Auction Documents package in a sealed envelope with the following clearly indicated on the envelope: AUC/2020/001, IOM Ukraine, 8 Mykhailivska str, Kyiv. Any bids received in any other form than the one provided by IOM in the Auction Documents package and/or envelopes received in any other manner than described above will be rejected. The sealed envelope is to be placed in the Tender Box available in the Reception area at IOM. No bids will be received after Wednesday 15 January 2020 5PM. Bidding is free of any charge whatsoever. The sale of the vehicle is subject to a “reserve price”. After tabulation of the received offers, if the reserved price has been received, IOM will contact the highest bidder and offer him/her the purchase of the vehicle as per his/her offered price. The highest bidder must pay the full amount of their bid within five (5) working days after having been contacted by IOM and declared the highest bidder. All arrangements related to ownership and collection of the vehicle must be made by the Buyer. The Buyer is required to cover all subsequent costs related to customs and other applicable taxes and duties according to Ukraine legislation.
