Bid Bulletin No.1, 30 March 2016

International Organization for Migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 24^th of March 2016 announces a public tender for Services for external financial audit for the Programme “IDP and Host Community Livelihood and Stabilization Support in Ukraine” funded by United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

Rules, requirements for bidding documentation, instructions for the participants, terms of reference and standard form of the Service Agreement can be downloaded here.

Total Bid price shall be quoted in UAH or USD. Payment shall be made in the Invoice currency according to IOM exchange rate on the date of payment (the rates can be downloaded here https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php).

The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.

Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit their bids by 12:00 pm on 15 April 2016. The bid should include copies of companies’ statutory documents, registration certificate, copies of the original documents to authorize providing of such type of services, list or references from the most prominent clients and other according to the requirements stated in the Bidding documents.   

In case of subcontractor involving, it is mandatory to submit all the technical and financial documents of the subcontractor.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
