Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkievtenders@iom.int from 25.06.2021 to 09.07.2021 to request the full package of Bidding Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line: UA1-2021-1854 - [company name] - Bidding documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address above and also shall be delivered in a sealed envelope at the following address:

Name: Supply and delivery of soft inventory for social institutions
Interested bidders should provide a sample of the requested Goods, including the labelling and duct tape, according to the Specification of Request (Section 2 of this Bidding Documents), for evaluation and comparison (the duct tape of the samples may be non-branded, however quality and type of sample duct tape shall be identical to the offered one).
Late Bids shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
