Interested bidders are invited to write to iomkievtenders@iom.int from 17.01.2023 to 25.01.2023 to request the full package of Bidding Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2023-031 - [company name] - Request of Bidding Documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested bidders.
Mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled within current tender on 11:00 AM (EET) 25.01.2023. All details are given in Bidding Documents. Interested bidders are encouraged to request Bidding Documents as soon as possible.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 (ninety) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address as above on or before 16:00 (EET), 01.02.2023 specifying in the email subject line: UA1-2023-031 - Bidder’s name - Electronic bid.
IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late bids.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
