In the framework of the project «Humanitarian assistance in Ukraine and neighboring countries», for the execution of the installation of the equipment for the reconstruction of the boiler room and repair of the electricity system of the Starokosiv Lyceum Kosiv City Council at the address 292a Irchana Str., Smodna village, Kosiv District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region.

Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 20.09.2022 to 16.10.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotations (RFQ) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2022-2430 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.
A preliminary site visit can be arranged as part of this request. The date and time of the site visit will be agreed with the vendors separately. Request for the site visit shall be submitted not later than 12:00 (EEST) 30.09.2022. All details are provided in the Request for Proposals. Interested vendors are encouraged to request a Request for Proposals as soon as possible.
Quotation shall be valid for a period of 65 days after the submission deadline and shall be send on email address iomkyivtenders@iom.int not later than 12.00 (EEST) 16.10.2022.
Late Quotation shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
