INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 22.09.2022 to 28.09.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotations (RFQ) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2022-2530 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.
This Request for Quotation is open to Vendors that are not subject to VAT in Ukraine.
Quotation shall be valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to iomkyivtenders@iom.int on 16.00, 30.09.2022.
Late Quotation shall be rejected.
Upon the results of the comparison and evaluation of the quotations, one or more tender winners may be selected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
