INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
IOM invites interested vendors to submit Quotations for supply of IT equipment (rugged tablets and accessories) for IOM project beneficiary (State Border Guard Service of Ukraine) in response to RFQ #UA1-2022-1317:

Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 29.09.2022 to 13.10.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2022-1317 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents
IOM shall provide RFQ, necessary forms and detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.
Quotation shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address above on or before 17.00 EEST, 13.10.2022. Prices shall be quoted in USD, VAT excluded. This RFQ is open for vendors that are not VAT payers, whose VAT registration is suspended, or vendors outside Ukraine that could arrange import of the requested goods as humanitarian aid. Quotations that include VAT shall be rejected
Late Quotation shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
