INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

The IOM Tender Commission (Commission) invites interested companies to participate in the tender for the supply of industrial washing machine and washing machine, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Request for Proposals. Based on the results of this tender, an agreement on the supply and delivery of goods may be concluded with one or several suppliers. List of requested goods:

Interested vendors are invited to contact the IOM at the e-mail address iomkyivtenders@iom.int with a request to receive a complete package of documents of the Request for Proposals, clearly indicating in the subject of the e-mail: UA1-2022-7034 - [name of the supplier] - Request for RFP documents

Offers must be valid for 60 (sixty) days from the tender closing date and must be sent to iomkyivtenders@iom.int no later than 18:00 on 02.12.2022.

Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered.

Prices in offers must be indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias without VAT.

IOM reserves the right to reject all offers that include VAT.

Partial offers will be considered, each lot may be evaluated and awarded separately, lots must meet the minimum parameters specified in the specification.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any offer to cancel the selection process or to reject all offers at any time prior to the signing of the contract without any obligation to the suppliers.
