The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of the Project «Winterization and hygiene support to conflict affected populations in Luhansk region» and «Multisectoral action towards sustainable health and WASH management systems for Stanytsa Luhanska and Novotroitske EECPs and their referral medical facilities - in GCA» IOM invites interested vendors to submit Quotations for supply and delivery of goods for cleaning and waste management # UA1-2021-1976:

Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkievtenders@iom.int from 13.01.2022 to 24.01.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotations (RFQ) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2021-1976 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.
Quotation shall be valid for a period of 30 calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to iomkievtenders@iom.int before 16:00, GMT+2, 27.01.2022.
Bidders must provide photos of the proposed products together with the commercial proposal, including photos with information on the composition of the product, manufacturer, complete packaging of the product, and (if available) a link to the proposed product.
Late Bids shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
