Interested contractors are invited to write to iomkievtenders@iom.int from 02.09.2022 to 08.09.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotations Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2022-2419 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested contractors.
Quotations shall be valid for a period of 65 (sixty-five) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address as above on or before 17:00 (EEST), 09.09.2022 specifying in the email subject line: UA1-2022-2419 – Company’s name - Electronic quotation.
IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late quotations.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
