INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM invites interested Contractors to submit their Quotations for the installation works for connecting a solid fuel boiler to the heating system of the Chortorii psychoneurological clinic, located at: 1 Zdorovya Str, Chortorii village, Vyzhnytskyi district, Chernivtsi region, Ukraine (UA1-2022-2500):

Interested contractors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 05.10.2022 to 15.10.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotations Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:

UA1-2022-2500 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents

IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested contractors.

Contractors must visit the site before submitting quotations. Site visit is considered as a mandatory criterion. Proposals from the companies which were not present will be excluded from the participation in the tender.

For this reason, interested Contractors shall no later than 14:00 (EEST) 10.10.2022 send to iomkyivtenders@iom.int request for site visiting indicating in the email subject line: UA1-2022-2500– Contractor’s name – Request for site visiting

Quotations shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address as above on or before 12:00 (EEST), 17.10.2022 specifying in the email subject line: UA1-2022-2500 – Company’s name - Electronic quotation.

IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late quotations.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
