INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM invites interested Contractors to submit their Quotations for execution of rehabilitation of dormitory used as IDPs temporary accommodation in Yuriivka village, Dnipropetrovsk region (UA1-2022-2489).

Interested contractors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int from 18.09.2022 to 22.09.2022 to request the full package of Request for Quotations Documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:

UA1-2022-2489 - [company name] - Request of RFQ documents

IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested contractors.

Pre-bid mandatory site visit is scheduled on 23.09.2022 within current request. All details are given in Request for Quotations Documents. Interested contractors are encouraged to request RFQ Documents as soon as possible.

Quotations shall be valid for a period of 65 (sixty-five) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address as above on or before 14:00 (EEST), 30.09.2022 specifying in the email subject line: UA1-2022-2489 – Company’s name - Electronic quotation.

IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late quotations.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
