- development of the concept of a nationwide information campaign to prevent exploitation and combat human trafficking (including creative and media strategy), - production of all necessary information materials, videos, advertising products, promotional and branded materials, layouts of materials for placement in the media and on the Internet; - concept creation, production, direct implementation and media support of an interactive installation within the campaign; - campaign support (placement of advertising materials on the Internet and on external media, according to the channels specified in the media plan); - monitoring and assessment of effectiveness (assessment of public awareness of key campaign messages before and after campaign implementation), reporting on campaign results at various stages of its implementation.

Interested vendors are invited to write to iomkyivtenders@iom.int to request the full package of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2023-2650 - [company name] - Request of RFP documents
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested vendors.
This Request for Proposal is open to Service Providers that are not subject to VAT in Ukraine.
Quotation shall be emailed to iomkyivtenders@iom.int on 10.00 (EEST), 12.06.2023.
Late Quotation shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
